The breakfast is disappointing and the shower drainage can often lead to flooding on the bathroom floor.

The hotel made good arrangements for a Christmas dinner and had a beautiful Christmas tree. The staff were courteous and friendly, always ready to help with any needs that arose.

The breakfast had fresh orange juice and a variety of pastries, which was a nice start to the day. the hotel is located close to several restaurants and shops, making it easy to explore the area. Plus, the room had a great view of the surrounding mountains.
The beds were uncomfortable, which made it hard to sleep. the staff at reception could have been more welcoming and accommodating.
